For folks who would love a little extra help along the path of mindfulness…
When I think of a mindful and intentional life, I think of finding space to slow down in the actual lives we’re living, not like the perfect one we keep trying to find where we have all the perfect timing. The world that we’re in is a wild one and it doesn’t promote taking care of ourselves or each other so well. I know that it can feel really hard to slow down, to take things in, to not rush, to rest.
Prioritizing care and practices like meditation to improve the quality of our lives (and thus the quality of life for those around us) is something of a radical act. Sometimes we need the help of others to make this a reality. That’s why I am offering what I call guidance: I really believe that working together, we can find more peace, more intention, and more possibility in life.

you’re feeling swept away by life and want to be able to catch your breath
you find yourself fighting with the flow of life rather than going with it

When I think about working together in this way, I think about the little space between thoughts that starts to grow as we sit in meditation. In that space, we start to cultivate the ability to see more clearly, to act instead of react to things, to find more compassion. It’s a magical space and one that we can really bring into our every day. I think sometimes we just need to walk alongside someone else in the process.
So what does it include?
Each month, you’ll receive:
a complimentary subscription to the daily meditations
one 90 minute body + heart + mind session
up to four coaching sessions of approximately 30-45 minutes each that can include time for reiki and meditation
Sessions can be in person (for local folks), by phone, or over zoom, so distance should not be any barrier.
Cost + first steps?
I believe in both transparency and accessibility in all that I do. The cost per month is $222, saving you a bit of money if you did all of these things separately. If you feel that this would be beneficial to you but it feels outside of your means, let’s talk about it.
