Designed for beginners but open to all, this three week series introduces new practices and aspects of meditation each week.

May 10th: Get the lowdown on posture, breath, and the real life benefits of practice.

May 17th: Dive into compassion practices.

May 24th: Focus on awareness and everyday mindfulness.

Sign up for all classes in the series or just one. All are by donation. Suggested donation per class is $20.
